On July 2-4, a delegation from the International Institute for Biosensing (IIB), Research & Innovation Office (RIO) and different departments and faculty in the University of Minnesota from different campuses attended the "2nd joint workshop on Precision Sensing between the IIB and CAU" in Seeburg, Germany.
This hybrid workshop was aimed at empowering collaboration between the University of Minnesota and University of Kiel with focus on precision sensing with various applications. It offered a variety of interactive sessions, engaging discussions, and visits to several research sites at CAU, including GEOMAR, Hohenschulen experimental farm, Henning Kage and several labs. They all aimed to deepen the understanding of the two research institutes of shared research interests and help shape ideas for future collaborative efforts.
